Shipping Policy

All parcels are shipped by Hermes delivery and are tracked and insured up to the value of £20. You can chose if you want your parcel insured if it's of higher value at the checkout. However, it is highly recomeneded you insure your parcel as its only a few extra pennies but gives you peace of mind.

After you place your order, you will receive your tracking number so that you can keep an eye out on your parcel. and get excited about it arriving!

Handling time 1-2 days if the item is in stock (Monday-Saturday) and takes 3-5 working days to be delivered to your door. 

Return Policy

You will most certainly LOVE your new scratcher but should there be any problems, we can help.

You have 14 days from the day of the delivery arriving at your door to return the scratcher in perfect condition (unused, undamaged). Returns are to be paid for and arranged by the buyer. You must email us to get the return address and to inform us of the return otherwise it won't be accepted. You will receive your money back within 14 days from the parcel arriving back at our wearhouse.

If the parcel arrives damaged and it is insured you can chose to:

a.) Request a refund from the shipping company (has to be done by us)

b.) Get the scratcher replaced if its availble in stock.

Evidence has to be provided of the damage.

Exchanges are not accepted.

Enquires or modifications?

If you would like your chosen scratcher modified or changed in any way please email us on kckscratchers@gmail.com. We will come back to you with a price and any further questions we might have to ensure your scratcher is made perfectly! Fabric colour changes or mixing two colour fabrics together is free, just make sure you specify what part you'd like in what colour. Please be advised that we might not be able to post modified scratch posts which exceed 120cm height to certain parts of the country.

We ship to all of the UK but unfortunately do not cover the Channel Islands, PO Boxes or BFPO locations.

Return Policy

Extra information

You will most certainly LOVE your new scratcher but should there be any problems, we can help. 

If your parcel arrives damaged, you can choose to either request a refund or have it repled with a new one. We will organise a pick-up delivery of the broken scratcher from your house so please make sure you do not throw out the box. 

Evidence of the damage will need to be provided in both cases. (2 clear photos of the damage to the post and a picture of the box it came in). Refunds might take up to 2 weeks.

 

KCK cannot accept exchanges or returns at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience.

 

Payment method: Bank transfer and PayPal payment only.

KCK doesn't offer a warranty on any of the products but if you find your kck scratcher is worse for wear after some time we can advise how to easily fix them or upholster them to make sure they serve you and your cat for a long time.
